Manager, Digital
Job Description
The Manager, Digital serves as a program and project-level day-to-day lead on up to four accounts.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Works with clients and team to consistently implement digital strategies and integrated campaigns that drive results.
- Develops and executes cross-channel digital strategies incorporating organic social, paid social, and digital tactics to meet and exceed client objectives and goals.
- Works closely with strategic account leads.
- Produces client-ready materials and thoughtful analysis and data-driven measurement reports.
- Meets and/or exceeds internal and client deadlines.
- Practices INK’s motto of “be there before,” staying ahead of industry and social media trends, staying up to date on platform features and changes, anticipating client needs and opportunities, and sharing their insights generously with their teams and clients.
- Embodies INK values and culture and are committed to employee development, mentoring 1-2 INKers through day-to-day coaching and regular check-ins.
- May be part of the client services (CS) and media relations teams.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time social media and/or digital marketing experience, agency setting preferred
- Excellent organic and paid social media and digital marketing skills, including content creation, moderation and engagement, and reporting.
- Paid social media strategy and execution experience required, other digital advertising experience preferred (including but not limited to PPC, display, native, streaming audio, and direct media buying, either through native platforms or DSP)
- Experience in B2B, tech, and/or renewable energy, preferred
- Experience with third-party social listening and publishing tools, preferred
- Experience with client relations
- Excellent writing and clear communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple client responsibilities
- Ability to learn and understand client industries and complex, technical topics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting
Starting Salary Range
$80,000+, commensurate with experience
