Job Description

The Associate, Digital is responsible for providing research, social media editorial, calendar management, social media post creation, and publishing.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for monitoring clients’ social media accounts and social listening queries twice daily.
  • Responsible for engagement, campaign and program reporting, and other account support activities.
  • Learns and hones their client service and communications skills.
  • Learns the digital and industry market for 3-4 assigned accounts, as well as the broader social media landscape.
  • Applies knowledge to tasks and shares insights with teams.
  • Develops soft skills such as time management, team collaboration, participation in client and team meetings, and leveraging a variety of tools.
  • Meets and/or exceeds internal and client deadlines.
  • Participates in INK’s professional development program and group learning sessions.
  • Embodies all of INK’s values, especially Energy (go the extra mile for our clients, colleagues, and craft) and Effectiveness (results that matter).
  • Sets and reaches goals and receives coaching through big and small challenges.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in PR or marketing, internships included
  • Interest in staying up to date on social media platforms, features, and trends
  • Working knowledge across social media platforms
  • Interest in technology and/or renewable energy
  • Excellent writing and clear communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage tasks and priorities on multiple clients
  • Experience working on teams
  • Desire to be coached and to learn and grow in a communications career
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and personal accountability

Starting Salary Range

$50,000+, commensurate with experience
